Last Chosen Region

Player 		I find myself scrolling alot as my regions increase. This is not bad but when I am focusing on the same region over and over it becomes a bit tiresome to scroll each time (yes I'm whining).

I thought a possible solution was to include a box at the top of the list called "Last Chosen Region" which would serve as a shortcut to that region if I person wished to use it.
