Federation forum privileges

Forum Moderator 		Our main forum has several "user" privileges, like editing/deleting by a forum moderator. Forum moderators won't moderate federation forums, so what ranks should be able to perform this task?

Hope some of you have some great idea's!

And what about forum visibility? Everybody should be able to read the forum?

Ok so I would say top 2 ranks (General, Staff General) should be able to edit forums.

On being able to read forums, I would say the lowest rank only can't.
